When will my propane be delivered?
Normal delivery is within 3 days, however you can have next day delivery for a small fee.

What hours of the day do you make deliveries?
Monday -Saturday during daytime hours.

Do I need to be home?
No. However, you must unhook your propane tank from the grill and leave it in the specified delivery location you specified when ordering (i.e. Backdoor, inside fence, front door, etc.), unless you selected the Tank Connection option. If you chose Tank Connection, please make sure we have free access to your grill.

I have dogs in my yard - will you still deliver?
Yes, but exchange tank must be outside your gate. We don't want your pet getting loose.

Do I have to buy a new cylinder?
No. We can exchange your empty tank for a full tank. We can also deliver a back up tank to keep on hand.

Do you accept all tanks for exchange?
We accept all tanks for exchange that are free of dents and gouges and that have an OPD (Overfill Protection Device) valve.

Will you hook the cylinder to my grill?
Yes, w e’ll connect your new propane tank, plus check your grill for leaks. Rest easy with our Tank Connect Plus Safety Check for ONLY $4.95.

Quick Disconnect PictureI have a quick disconnect valve on my tank - can I connect your tank?
Quick disconnect valves are becoming obsolete and have been replaced by a universal connector . We can convert most tank connections to accept the new universal connector for only $12.95 which includes a tank connection and safety check of your grill.

How do I connect my grill tank?

  1. Consult the manufacturers instructions provided with your grill.
  2. Never bring a tank indoors or in a garage. Your tank should be stored in an area that is well ventilated or outdoors.
  3. Be sure the regulator vent is NOT pointing up.
  4. Turn off all valves on the tank.
  5. If the fitting that goes into the tank is brass it's called a P.O.L. - which stands for Put On Left. You MUST tighten this fitting by turning it counter-clockwise or to the left. You must also use a wrench to tighten this type of fitting.
    OR
If the fitting that goes into your tank has a black or green plastic hand wheel, connect that hand wheel to the tank and tighten by turning clockwise or to the right.
  6. Once you have connected the fitting into the tank, SLOWLY open the valve on the tank by turning the hand wheel on the tank counter clockwise.
  7. Now you must check for leaks before lighting the grill. Use a leak detection solution and follow their instructions. If no leaks are detected then you can light grill or appliance(s) following manufacturers’ instructions.
REMEMBER: NEVER CHECK FOR LEAKS
